This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19653 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19653 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions for nearly forty days. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and sanction is awaited with respect to one accused.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19653 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court during every date of hearing without fail.
