ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 and take necessary action against the proposed accused within the stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents and the learned Counsel for the intervenor.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
