Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner has misgivings regarding the entrusting of investigation in the hands of a particular investigation officer. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the said investigation officer is no longer in-charge of the investigation as he has been transferred and the case is presently being handled by some other investigation officer.
