ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-1 in Crime No.333 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.07.2015 for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 468 and 471 of I.P.C r/w Section 12(i)(b) of Passport Act and hence seeks bail.

2. According to the Passport Office, Trichy, the first accused had produced a fake birth certificate to obtain a passport.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father (A2) had approached one Senthilkumar, who was working in the Sub-Registrar office to obtain a birth certificate for the petitioner and he also paid Rs.3,000/- and based on that certificate, he applied for the passport and he is nothing to do with the alleged offence. It is further submitted that the second accused was granted anticipatory bail by this Court and that on the basis of the complaint given by his father, a case in Crime No.89 of 2015 is registered against the said Senthilkumar.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Dindigul and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
