Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st Respondent's Government order in G.O.Ms.No.941 Commercial Taxes and Registration (H) Department dated 02.11.2012 and its proceedings Ma.A.Ne.Mu.No.58263/K3/2011 dated 16.11.2012 to quash the same and directing the 1st Respondent to pass necessary orders to sanction the Additional salaries to the Petitioner for all four In-charge posts of Additional Inspector General of Registration (Stamps and Registration), Additional Inspector General of Registration (Guidelines), Additional Inspector General of Registration (Intelligence) Additional Registrar of Chits separately for exceeding five months during the Petitioner's service of Personal Assistant (General) to the Second Respondent in the cadre of Deputy Inspector General of Registration within the period stipulated by this Court.
