CRIME NO.111 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court dated 10.04.2019 made in Crl OP(MD)No.5400 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.BINDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5400 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5400 of 2019 on 10.04.2019 regularly, and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5400 of 2019 on 10.04.2019 is relaxed.
