By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to correct the name as Rama.Krishnan instead of Ramakrishnan in 10(1) Chitta for the land in S.No.455/4 (Patta No.351) in Mettupatti Village, Sirukoodalpatti Group, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation, dated 16.07.2018, to the respondenst. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.1334 of 2020 without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
