This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to provide adequate police protection for life and limb of the petitioner and his family members within stipulated time based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 5.7.2019 before the 1st respondent

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that earlier four complaints has been given by the very same petitioner to different authorities and they were enquired. The petitioner had earlier given a complaint on 23.01.2020 and in respect of which enquiry was initiated and the petitioner appeared before the respondent on 23.01.2020 and he has requested them no to proceed further, based on which the enquiry has been closed.
