O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members, under the guise of enquiry, based upon the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to money dispute, the third respondent gave a false complaint against the petitioner and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 has submitted that the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner herein, with regard to money transaction and hence, the said complaint is pending for enquiry. He has further submitted that the petitioner has not been subjected to any harassment.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition given by the third respondent, after conducting enquiry and during the said enquiry, the petitioner and her family members should not be subjected to any harassment.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
