ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1 of 2024. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint stating that the petitioner is working in Dubai and the brother of the petitioner under the pretext of purchasing property in the name of the petitioner, had purchased properties in his name and his family members. The complaint of the petitioner was enquired in Crime Crime No.1 of 2024 and charge sheet was filed through e-filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy in E-filing NO.4112124 CTN 2023 0001733 C 2024 00034.

3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
