O R D E R

The petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.112 of 2010, which is pending on the file of the first respondent to any other agency or any other police in the same District under the control and Direct Supervision of the fourth respondent forthwith.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.112 of 2010 on the file of the first respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" on 25.07.2014 and hence, nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
