4923/2019 in CRL OP(MD)SR.16661/2019 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the certified copy of the anticipatory bail order in Crl.M.P.No.2117/2019 passed by the Vacation Sessions Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi dated 21/05/2019 for the present.

PRAYER in CRL MP(MD)No.4943/2019 in CRL OP(MD)SR.16665/2019 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the certified copy of the anticipatory bail order in Crl.M.P.No.2116/2019 passed by the Vacation Sessions Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi dated 21/05/2019 for the present.

PRAYER in CRL OP(MD)SR.16661/2019 :

To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2117 of 2019 passed by the vacation sessions Judge / Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi dated 21.05.2019 as the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam daily at 10.30 A.M. instead of they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M.

PRAYER in CRL OP(MD)SR.16665/2019 :

To modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2116 of 2019 passed by the vacation sessions Judge / Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi dated 21.05.2019 as the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, sttankulam daily at 10.30 A.M. instead of they shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 A.M.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The main petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge/Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. The petitioners can very well approach the same court for modification of the said condition. 2.Under this circumstance, these petitions are not maintainable and the petitions are dismissed.
