This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case as per the direction in Crl.M.P.No.145 of 2018, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, dated 12.01.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.176 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 304(A) of IPC., on the file of the second respondent police. 3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
