This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.58 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Trichy.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the entire trial has been completed and all the accused were acquitted by order dated 23.05.2014. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
