O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 22.12.2017.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that some of the cheque leaves of the petitioner were stolen and the same was came to the knowledge of the petitioner on 24.10.2017 and hence, she gave a complaint before the second respondent on 22.12.2017, but, so far, no action has been taken.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and closed, as it is a false complaint and the same has been informed to the petitioner.

4. By way of reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information from the second respondent, with regard to the disposal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of her complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner with regard to the disposal of her complaint.
