20384/2023 on the file of respondent police Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JERIN MATHEW, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.

This Court by its order dated 03.01.2024 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., aggrieved over the same, the present modification petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the first petitioner is a practicing Advocate and the second and third petitioners are ladies, this Court may consider this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioners that the first petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required.
