Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to pass an order directing the respondents particularly the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her son unnecessarily without any fault on them at the guise of enquiry on complaint given by one Ayisha and consequently to direct the first respondent to take action against the said Ayisha for her frequent false complaint and pass any other order as this Court may deem fit and circumstances of the case.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her son unnecessarily without any fault on them at the guise of enquiry on complaint given by one Ayisha and consequently to direct the first respondent to take action against the said Ayisha for her frequent false complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that there is no such harassment made against the petitioner by the respondent police.
