Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records and quashing the order in No.5310/R1/2012 dated 23.01.2013 of the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to immediately place the case of the petitioner's husband SUBBAN son of KEPPALA GOUNDER life convict No.3665 of Madurai Central Prison before Advisory Board meeting under Rule 341(7) of the Tamilnadu Prison Rules 1983 and to proceed further in accordance with law. ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner's husband has been released subsequently and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
