Kottappulipatti, Veppangudi, Varavanai Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to provide suitable police protection to conduct festival to start the construction work and erect the Panthakkal dated on 26.01.2026 in the Sri Elumalaiyan, Sri Rajarajathiyamman,Sri Maduraiveeran, Sri Alathivellaiyamman, Sri Aathipattavan Temple situated at Kottappulipatti, Veppangudi, Varavanai Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2025, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law at the earliest.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
