2.Heard Mr.M.Mahendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Cont.P(MD)No.158 of 2021 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 16.05.2019 passed in W.P(MD)No.11720 of 2019, has been complied with.
