The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry and thereafter register F.I.R as against the 4th respondent based on the representation preferred by the petitioner dated 04.01.2026.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 04.01.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
