ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 394 of I.P.C., in Crime No.318 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the de-facto complainant, on 02.07.2015, when he was standing in a tea stall, the accused had taken away Rs.6,500/- at knife point.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are three accused in this case and they are all reporters of Magazine called 'Lanjam' and the accused Nos.1 and 2 have published some articles against the respondent for which, a false case was given against him. He further submitted that A1 and A2 were already granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court.

4.The learned counsel has filed an affidavit of the petitioner and also produced the identity card.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 8. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
