C O M M O N O R D E R Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions are one and the same, they are disposed of by this common order.

2. In all these writ petitions, the candidates are aggrieved against the mode of selection process and had pointed out various errors in the process. When identically placed candidates had approached the Principal Bench of the Madras High Court, a learned Single Judge has passed an order in W.P.No.35198 of 2019... etc. batch dated 17.12.2020, taking a view that such grievances could be addressed before a One Man Committee and by conduct of an enquiry into the allegations of three centres. On appeal, the Hon'ble Division Bench of the Principal Seat at Madras High Court, in its order dated 10.02.2021 had enlarged the scope of the enquiry by the One Man Committee ordered by the learned Single Judge and had granted liberty to the Committee to invite all the candidates to point out any glaring errors. While ordering so, the Hon'ble Division Bench has also inducted another member to the Committee. The enquiry is now said to be pending before the said Committee constituted, pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Division Bench.

3. Since the petitioners in these writ petitions have also approached this Court complaining of certain irregularities/errors including the method adopted for normalization procedures, malice, the validity of question printed in English, mistakes in key answers... etc., in the selection process, it would be appropriate to refer their grievances to the aforesaid Committee and this Court would not be justified in parallelly adjudicating such of these issues, which could be pending before the Hon'ble Committee.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the two member Committee, constituted by Madras High Court, is now conducting an enquiry at 4th Floor, E.V.K. Sambath Maaligai, D.P.I. Campus, College Road, Nungambakkam Chennai - 600 006.

5. In the light of the above observations, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the two member Committee with the necessary applications, seeking for redressing their grievances, supported by all documents, on which they rely upon, as expeditiously as possible.

6. With the above liberty, these writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, 8/10

connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
