ORDER

The petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2012, which is pending on the file of the second respondent to some other independent investigating officer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.160 of 2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
