ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 04.02.2020, directed the I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, to conclude the proceedings in C.C.No.20 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 2.Now, vide letter dated 23.09.2020, a request has been made by the learned Judge, I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act cases, Madurai, seeking extension of six months time, stating that due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
