ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to dispose the enquiry proceedings in online reference No.HNS25592341 dated 27.11.2025 and the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without enquiring the petitioner, the respondent police closed the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent police is directed to re-open the complaint and conduct an enquiry after issuing notice to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit all necessary documents to the second respondent. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
