ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint with the first respondent police against the petitioners and the same is registered in Current Petition No.451/PG/DC Crime/2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs.
