ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to prevent the encroachments of the public pathway in Survey No.283/15, Therku Theru, Viralimalai Village, Pudukkottai District made by the fourth respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2020.

2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent, after conducting the survey, found no encroachment in the land in Survey No.283/15.

3.Mr.C.R.Kasiviswanathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Writ Petition may be closed. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
