ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, a penalty of Rs.1,00,000/- was imposed under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and sixty two LPG cylinders were confiscated by the first respondent herein. 2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner was a LPG licence holder at that point of time. However, the petitioner has passed away and a fresh licence has been issued in the name of the petitioner's daughter. The petitioner's daughter has already paid the said penalty amount of Rs.1,00,000/- and she is continuing with the business. 3.In view of the said subsequent events, no further orders are required. Therefore, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
