O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.267 of 2013, within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the second respondent has registered a case on 12.09.2013 in Crime No. 267 of 2013, for the offences under Sections 153(A), (1) (b), 188, 279 of IPC and 39 r/w. 184 MV Act, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, but, so far, final report has not been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the investigation is under progress and he seeks one month time for filing final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in

Crime No.267 of 2013, within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
