The petition is filed to withdraw the Crime No.10 of 2014 pending on the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the second respondent for proper investigation. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.10 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent and the same has been referred as "Mistake of Fact" and hence, nothing survives in this petition.
