This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.582 of 2013 within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the case in Crime No.582 of 2013 has been transferred to Manali Police station, in which, it was returned back to the 2nd respondent Police to conduct investigation in this case. 3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.582 of 2013 and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
