The present writ petition is filed to quash the order, dated 11.06.2012, under which the request for declaring the petitioner as a life member of Pudupatti Vakkaligar Uyarnilai Palli Nirvaga Committee, C.Pudupatty, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District. 2.It is represented on either side that the petitioner, namely, K.Parimalathai Ammal had passed away. Since the prayer relates to the declaration of her life membership in the administrative committee, nothing survives for adjudication.
