None appears for the writ petitioner.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the local body / third respondent submits that the subject matter of this writ petition is also the subject-matter of W.A(MD)No.7 of 2022. An Advocate Commissioner has also been appointed therein. The petitioner has fairly enclosed copy of the order dated 08.12.2021 dismissing W.P(MD)No. 17774 of 2021 filed by the petitioner's mother. The petitioner can very well work out her rights in the pending Writ Appeal. There is no need to file another writ petition.

3.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
