2.The case of the petitioner is that the property sold to him was subsequently gifted away in favour of the Government. If that be so, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for establishing his case. The District Registrar cannot give any relief to the petitioner herein. Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the manner known to law, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
