ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.08.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.4243 of 2023.

2. Taking note of the fact that the Patta in question i.e., Patta No. 1989 does not relate to the petitioner or to the survey number stated by the petitioner. Patta No.1989 stands in the name of one Andichamy S/o.Rasu Thevar. Therefore, no contempt of the order dated 06.08.2024 has been made out.
