ORDER
The petitioner is working as a B.T.Assistant (English). Her appointment was approved with effect from 19.11.2015. However, salary due to the petitioner has not been paid and therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation and has also approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to release the arrears of salary, in the light of the proposal sent by the third respondent dated 16.06.2025.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, by referring to a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1449/A5/2025 dated 23.01.2026, submits that the Block Educational Officer-II has already arrived at the amount eligible to the petitioner and made necessary proposal to the District Elementary Educational Officer, Valliyoor and the District Elementary Educational Officer, Valliyoor has to take a call on the request of the petitioner. 3.This Court has considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available in the record. 4.The petitioner has been appointed in the year 2015 and her appointment has also been approved. However, salary due has not been paid to the petitioner for the past 10 years. Now, it is reported that a proposal has been sent. Therefore, the respondents are directed to ensure that the salary due is disbursed 3/5
to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
