ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in Crime No.424 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that charge-sheet has been filed. She further submitted that a direction is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ also issued to the respondents to vitiate the process. Cognizance is yet to be taken up by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report and the said exercise will have to be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the final report is pending for more than one year without taking steps for cognizance.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
