CRIME NO.62 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl OP(MD)No.6895 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.T.SASIDHARAN TAMILKANI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6895 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6895 of 2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6895 of 2019 on 15.052019 is relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
