This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2 dated 01.01.2021 on the file of the 5th respondent to the 3rd respondent. 2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that investigation was over and a chargesheet was filed and yet to be numbered. The copy of the chargesheet as filed on the side of the prosecution. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
