This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2015 and investigate the same and file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered on 25.07.2015 in Cr.No.26 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 294(b), 426, 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C.
