Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is enjoying interim order. The Joint Commissioner of the temple in question had intimated the successful bidder about the grant of interim order. In these circumstances, maintaining the contempt petition against the respondents will not arise. Liberty is given to the petitioner to move this Court against the erring individual. 3.With this liberty, this contempt petition stands closed.
