ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register the First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that the complaint sent to the first respondent through post.

3. Considering the above said submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on the first week of August 2015 and give a copy of the complaint and after receiving the said complaint, the second respondent is directed to investigate the matter and complete the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
