RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD) No.5678/2019 dated 24.04.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KA.RAAMAKRISHINAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5678 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5678 of 2019 on 24.04.2019 regularly, and he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioners tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5678 of 2019 on 24.04.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
