This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in Crime No.226 of 2013 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation is going on.

4. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
