IN CRIME NO.279 OF 2019 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.5650/2019 order dated 23.04.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.NEELAMEGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5650 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5650 of 2019 on 23.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5650 of 2019 on 23.04.2019 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
