This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and conduct enquiry on the request made by the petitioner, after hearing both sides, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
