ORDER

The writ petition on hand is filed challenging the order dated 20.03.2013, reverting the petitioner as Masalchi from the post of Chief Driver.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner continued as Masalchi and thereafter, submitted a representation allowing him to continue as Masalchi. The said representation was considered by the authorities and therefore, the petitioner had accepted his position as Masalchi. This apart, the petitioner filed another W.P.(MD)No.18450 of 2018, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.6114 of 2013 seeking regularization of services in the post of Masalchi and the same was pending before this Court.

3.This being the factum, the present Writ Petition deserves no further consideration. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. No costs.
