The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".

2.By order, dated 28.01.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P. No.1287 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.23/2026, dated 06.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 28.01.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 28.01.2025. 20.02.2026 pal To The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai.
