ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 directing the respondent to file a final report within the time framed by this Court in Crime No.199 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the complaint has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If the copy of the closure report has not been served on the petitioner, the same shall be served on him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
